The dishwasher lives up to expectations apart from one issue. I should have bought the model with the water softener. I had overlooked the fact that there was no facility for adding salt or rinse aid. Consequently I am concerned that it won’t function well in a hard water area.

This appliance is ideal for those who live alone, and generate comparatively smaller amounts of washing up. I use a refilled 5l water bottle to fill, as soon as this is done, a level alarm sounds. Remember, that 5 litres covers the machine's wash and rinse functions. Capacity is good, provided a quality product is used, no salt or rinse aid needed; a respectable 70°c wash and rinse on the hot wash, return to your machine with clean, dry crocks to put away! I highly recommend this machine.

I've had this dishwasher for about a month now and I'm really impressed. It gets my dishes sparkling clean and saves me so much time.

This dishwasher is a great time saver. We are able to load our dinner dishes, glassware and utensils and run it while the pots and pans are being hand washed! It really does a nice job of cleaning. The dishes are shiny and bright at the end of the cycle. We don't have adequate space for a full sized dishwasher. Being able to pre-load the water necessary to run was a bonus selling point. No water hook up, so we didn't have to change the faucet.

I waited to do several washings. I am well pleased. I live in an old farm house and am without a dishwasher. Although being single, there times when washing dishes is not my choice of chores. Using the dishwasher is a real pleasure. I have it on a rolling cabinet which I roll up to the sink,, fill it up, and let it do it's thing. If you have limited space or are in a camper, this is the way to go

Really impressed by this dishwasher. Does a thorough job cleaning. Very easy to set up and get running. Be sure to use dishwasher specific soap. Never mind the bad advice out there that says Dawn liquid works with it. Buy it directly from Hava. You’ll get a better deal.

I've had this dishwasher for about two months now. It cleans beautifully, even on heavily soiled pots and pans.

We bought this for our small kitchen and it does exactly what we needed. It cleans well, we've used it every day for the past month and haven't had any issues. The only thing I'd change is the drying cycle. Plastic items come out damp, so we just wipe them with a towel. Glass and metal come out dry and shiny.

I bought this model from you primarily because it met my expectations, but especially for my range hood filters. I don't have a large dishwasher at home, but I needed ONE for my filters. I have four small filters in my hood, and my fear was that they wouldn't fit in the dishwasher. In fact, all four fit just right. I washed them twice using the longest program, the one for baby bottles. My filters came out looking like new, and I dried them in the full sun. It was easy, given the weather. When I received it, I was surprised by its size it was much bigger than I expected. It almost didn't fit in my cupboard, luckily I'd left a bit of leeway. It fits perfectly into my new kitchen, which has a sleek style. I've run a few tests and the results were surprisingly good; the coffee cups came out spotless.

This thing is a real classic. I've had it for 3 months now and it's still running brilliantly, performance is top-notch. It's also cheaper than other similar models on the market. Just a little tip: I specifically went for the R01 over the R09 because the R01 doesn't have a built-in water softener. Since I use a softener on the tap anyway, I didn't need the R09. The R01 is more than enough and you save a decent amount of money. Thumbs up!

Very fast delivery and very well packaged. Compact, super easy to use for my part, I only connected it to the mains electricity, and for the rest, I use the built-in water tank and drain the waste water straight into the sink, which saved me from drilling into my worktop.

We were sceptical about a compact dishwasher at this price, but honestly, it works brilliantly. We use it every day for two people's dishes, and everything comes out clean and dry.

Used to hand-wash everything and absolutely hated it. This little machine has been a total helper. Compact but holds way more than expected.

Washes great easy to set up fast delivery!

I have no room for a full-size dish washer, and as a single person, no need for a full-size dish washer. This is the perfect niche item for me.

Just fitted nice under the side out of the way used like a third hand every morning perfect! I made the draw pull out on runners with an added under leg, waste hose in the sink and fill the tank with the jug then push it back when it’s finished. The short wash is good enough for anything we use! Excellent bit of kit.

Can't wait to try it out. Just moved and am s/ill arranging the kitchen. Solid weight to the unit and bigger than I thought. It will save time and my son might even do the dishes now!

As a disabled pensioner, this is ideal for me. I don't have room for a full size dishwasher and wouldn't need one so big. This fits on my kitchen counter and is easy to use. It's very easy to set up and I fill it with water using the jug provided and have the outlet tube going to the sink. You can fit quite a lot in, I've even put a saucepan in there. I mainly use the quick wash which has been sufficient for my needs. I bought dishwasher powder called Cascade from Amazon and because you don't need a lot each use, should last quite a while. All in all, I'm over the moon with my HAVA dishwasher and wish I'd got one earlier.

Honestly, this dishwasher saved my marriage. We used to argue about who does the dishes – now we just load it and forget it. Cleans really well too.

I was skeptical at first, but it actually gets dishes cleaner than I ever could by hand. Even baked-on cheese came off. No pre-rinsing needed.

Ideal for the two of us.

I was quite skeptical when I ordered this dishwasher for our garden house. I simply couldn't imagine that, given the compact space, the dishes would actually come out clean - especially when the unit was fully loaded. I was proven wrong. It truly impresses with its cleaning performance, as well as the fact that it requires only 5 liters of water. The controls are kept simple, making it very easy and intuitive to use. I must admit that I am now considering replacing my old dishwasher at home with a newer model. I can highly recommend it.

We use this in our caravan. Filling the water is a bit fiddly, but it works well with a funnel. However, dishes should be rinsed beforehand; dried-on food doesn't always come off. You also have to make sure the dishes are loaded neatly; otherwise, the spray arm can get blocked by protruding items. We’ve been using it for three months now and are delighted with the vacation time we’ve saved. It’s a definite relief in our daily vacation routine, highly recommended!

I've recently moved into a smaller place on my own as an older lady with some health limitations. I've been trying to downsize and get rid of heavy appliances and bulky items. This dishwasher caught my eye because it's so compact and lightweight. The driver was also very kind and helped carry the package inside for me, I truly appreciate that. Thank you so much.

Does a great job keeping my dishes clean. I especially love that it tackles all my silverware as I find those annoying to clean. It's just my wife and I, and some weeks we cook every night. You'll be washing most of your pots and pans by hand, and usually to get the best use of the small space, we hand wash any larger coffee mugs as well. What I can say is this thing handles your Tupperware, small bowls and plates like a champ. We usually run it every other day and depending on how gunked up the dishes are I do find myself using the different settings it offers. I will say the drying feature doesn't always get the job done in the 60 minutes it runs for but we tend to use it none the less. Hooking it up and using it is very easy. You will have to periodically pop the filter and plate off the bottom and clean inside of the dishwasher to keep it from gunking up. I do have some concerns on what could be stuck or built up deeper inside the machine but I haven't had any issues yet after 6 months or so. All I can say is try to always get any food waste off of your dishes before putting them in here it's definitely not meant for that.

This dishwasher has changed my life. I used to struggle constantly with keeping up on dishes. This allowed me to fully catch up on dishes and stay caught up. I definitely recommend this. It is so easy to set up, and I just have the drain water go into a bucket. I'm so thankful for this dishwasher!

I came across this appliance by accident and saw the opportunity to purchase for my static home. I use it everyday at the end of the day when all meals are finished. It has really improved things for me time wise. If I were to upgrade it in any way, an option for a suction pouch inside for rinse aid and maybe a couple of grooves on the side for racking to hold dirty dishes. But no biggie

I love to cook, but I do hate the dishes. When I saw this it was top rated. It's quiet and it's really makes the glasses look sparkling, it was worth sacrificing the counter space just some dishes are clean. I'm still learning how to use it I've tried the long cycle the short cycle and the fruit washing cycle pretty happy for the most part, testing out different detergents as well, as I understand sometimes if it's not a good detergent it might not clean as well.

Our dishwasher died in the unit we rent and because we have a slumlord, I've got a big hole under my sink where that dishwasher used to be. I bought this based on others' ratings on it and I'm not disappointed at all. As long as you don't block the spinner arms, you can stack like TETRIS and it'll clean whatever you put in there. I personally don't have this hooked up to the main water source and am using the 5L tank. Has never leaked. Doesn't weigh a ton, so easy to move around. Fits under standard cabinet height on the counter top. It does have the hook up ability directly to your water source, but I'm using the tank. It'll ding at you when it's full, but I measured it out exactly and marked the pitcher to fill lines to get it dead on every time. Really, this thing is amazing and for the price, for us, well worth it.

I have had this since August 2025. It works great. It takes up no more space on my countertop than my big dish drying rack did. It works great. It cleans dishes better than I ever could, which is why I need a dishwasher. And my sink is empty most of the time these days. I live by myself, have one cat, and I cook, and this usually holds two days worth of dishes.

I've only had this dishwasher for a little over a week, but so far I'm loving it. There is little else I hate more than doing dishes, I would rather scrub toilets than do a single dish. I am a single person, and don't produce a lot of dishes in a day, but I always found myself procrastinating because of how much I dislike it. With this dishwasher, I've done dishes ever day since I got it. Some people might consider it a waste for so few dishes, but I value my time way to much to spend any more of it than I have to doing things I hate. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Love my dishwasher and my grand children think it’s really cool

I've been using it daily for a week now and I'm delighted with it. A word of warning though: you really need to understand where the water comes from to know how to place the cutlery. If the bottom jets are blocked by bowls, for example, they won't reach the shelf above. Generally speaking, you shouldn't try to cram too much in: my last load held 3 plates, 2 bowls, 3 mugs, a spatula, and about a dozen pieces of cutlery. The quick mode is plenty. I removed the stickers on the top as I found them very ugly and pointless once you know how to use the machine. They were stuck on with super strong glue that I had to remove with isopropyl alcohol I'd have liked a weaker adhesive that came off with the sticker. Also, the jug arrived broken, but I notified customer services and they sent me a replacement.
